Serving as the single point of contact for the Mumbai store,I curated over 20 Ikea Live shows, ensuring seamless live-streaming shopping experiences.
As a Train the Trainer expert,I extended their influence, training a team of 10 coworkers in chat moderations and backend operations, contributing to the success of every live show. Additionally, they took on the role of a mentor, guiding the team through the intricacies of the bathroom planner tools, enhancing their proficiency in website tools.

I'm Swapna, the wizard who cast a spell of success at Ikea for nearly two magical years. As the Senior Sales Generalist, I didn't just meet sales targets; I aced them with a wink and a sprinkle of strategic genius. My secret? A Master's degree in industrial design, giving me the power to see beauty where others see just furniture.
